Sai gained a BSc in Audiology and Speech Therapy and a MSc in Speech and Hearing in India twenty years ago and has amassed over fifteen years of clinical and teaching experiences. Sai is committed to furthering her knowledge of Speech and Language difficulties, and is currently studying for a MSc in Advanced Practice in Health and Social Care: Speech, Language and Communication at City University, London.

Sai took up rewarding work opportunities in schools, hospitals, clinics and academic institutions in India, Kuwait and more recently in the paediatric/education sector in London. Sai is an experienced lecturer and being actively involved in the progress of her undergraduate and postgraduate students is an important part of her career.

Sai is extremely passionate about offering high quality Speech and Language Services to individuals with communication needs. She enjoys working with a wide range of areas including Down Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Hearing loss, Learning Difficulties, Language Impairment, Articulation/Fluency Disorders and Special Educational Needs.

Sai believes in working on specific client-centred target areas.  By implementing creative intervention strategies, firmly grounded by research, she aspires to use evidence-based therapy approaches as part of a multidisciplinary team involving parents, teachers, support workers, professionals and others.  This proves to be invaluable as individual needs are addressed from an eclectic perspective.

Sai is happy to embrace recent advances in technology in her field and implement some of them in her clinical practice.  She is well versed with a range of iPad apps and can offer follow-up therapy on Skype if needed.

Sai can offer a range of weekday, evening and weekend appointments. Sai is a bilingual therapist proficient in Hindi, Marathi, Tulu, Kannada and English.

Sai is highly personable, organised and very informed about her clinical work. We have been really pleased with her support to our Academy.
